Pilates Matwork + Small Props (all levels)
This mat-based class incorporates all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility. Small props are used to refine technique, modify, intensify or progress an exercise.
Small props featured in this class: Magic Circle, Foam Roller, Mini Stability Ball, Toning Balls and resistance bands.
Pilates Matwork + Mobility (all levels)
Experience a comprehensive workout that blends the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates Matwork with dynamic mobility exercises. This all-levels class is designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, making it perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Our instructors provide variations for each exercise to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone.

Equipment Classes
Introduction to Pilates (beginner)
This class is for those new to Pilates or those who would like to return to the basics and refresh their skills. Each class will work the full body at a slow pace to allow for each exercise to be executed with integrity and precision.
You will learn how to set-up the equipment, proper body positioning and good movement mechanics while exploring fundamental and beginner exercises on the Mat, Reformer and the Spring Tower.
Pilates Reformer Progression (beginner/intermediate)
This class is for those who are strong beginners and are slowly moving into our intermediate classes. Each class will work the full body at a slow-to-moderate pace to allow for each exercise to be executed with integrity and precision. It is recommended participants have prior Pilates experience on the Reformer before moving into this class.
Pilates Reformer Challenge (intermediate)
Elevate your Pilates practice with our Pilates Reformer Challenge, designed for those at an intermediate level. This dynamic class utilizes the reformer to enhance your strength, flexibility and coordination. Expect a challenging workout that targets the core, tones muscles and improves posture. Ideal for those looking to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals, this class offers a perfect blend of intensity and precision. Moving at a moderate-to-fast pace, this class is best suited for an intermediate-level Pilates student.
Pilates Reformer + Cardio Jumpboard Flow (intermediate)
Our Reformer + Cardio Jumpboard Flow class is an energetic and intense class on the Reformer that incorporates the Jumpboard for cardio intervals. This full-body workout goes at a moderate-to-fast pace and is recommended for an intermediate-level student.
Pilates Reformer + Cardio Jumpboard Challenge (intermediate)
Our Pilates Reformer + Cardio Jumpboard Challenge class is an energetic and dynamic, full-body workout that combines the precision and control of Reformer Pilates with the cardio boost of the Jumpboard and the added intensity of hand weights (2-10 lbs). Perfect for those looking to enhance strength, endurance and overall fitness.
Pilates Reformer Flow (all levels)
Pilates Reformer Flow is designed to accommodate and challenge practitioners of all levels, from strong beginners to advanced. This dynamic and engaging session utilizes the Reformer to enhance your workout experience, providing a full-body workout that strengthens, stretches and tones your body from head to toe. Each exercise can be modified to suit your individual fitness level, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone.
This class is suitable for those with some level of experience with Pilates and who are familiar with the equipment and can adjust their equipment on their own.
Pilates Mixed Equipment (all levels)
The Pilates Mixed Equipment class combines exercises from the Matwork repertoire with the Reformers and its accessories, the Tower, the Step-barrel and a wide variety of Matwork props. This class will help to continually challenge your body and increase your fitness level in a safe methodical way without ever feeling repetitive or boring.
This class is suitable for those with some level of experience with Pilates and who are familiar with the equipment and can adjust their equipment on their own.
Pilates Spring Tower (all levels)
This class will incorporate the use of the Spring Tower (also known as the Cadillac Wall Unit) to enhance the connection of the core and integrate the limbs into the body while building strength. The use of springs will be used to support and assist the entire body in such ways that you will feel strengthened, lengthened and connected to your core.
This class is suitable for those with some level of experience with Pilates and who are familiar with the equipment and can adjust their equipment on their own.
Healthy Aging Pilates (all levels 65+)
Healthy Aging Pilates, a specialized class designed to support and enhance the health and well-being of individuals aged 65 and older. This class is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate the unique needs of seniors, including those with osteoporosis, arthritis and joint replacements such as hips and knees. Our aim is to provide a safe, gentle and effective workout that promotes strength, flexibility and overall vitality.
In this class, you will engage in a series of low-impact Pilates exercises that focus on improving core strength, balance and mobility. Each movement is carefully selected and modified to ensure it is safe for individuals with varying levels of fitness and health conditions. Our experienced instructors are trained to offer personalized guidance and adjustments to accommodate your specific needs and limitations.
Post-Natal Pilates (7 weeks+)
Post-Natal Pilates is a gentle yet effective workout designed specifically for new mothers looking to regain their strength, flexibility and overall well-being after childbirth. This class provides a supportive environment where you can rebuild your core, enhance your posture and reconnect with your body, all while addressing the unique physical changes and challenges that come with the post-natal period.
Whether you're a few weeks (7 weeks+) or several months post-partum (up to 12 months), our Post-Natal Pilates class is tailored to meet your individual needs and help you on your journey to recovery and revitalization.
