We're thrilled to announce the introduction of Gyrokinesis, a dynamic and transformative method that will revolutionize the way you approach fitness and wellness.
What exactly is Gyrokinesis, you may ask?
Think of it as a holistic movement system that combines elements of Pilates, yoga, tai chi, dance and gymnastics into one seamless flow.
Developed by Juliu Horvath, a former professional dancer, Gyrokinesis aims to increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion while promoting overall well-being.
At My Pilates Studio, we believe in offering our members diverse and effective approaches to movement that complement your Pilates practice. Which is why we're delighted to have our very own Haley, Gyrokinesis Trainer, introduce this method to all of us.
With her expertise and passion for movement, Haley will guide you through invigorating Gyrokinesis classes designed to unlock your body's full potential and leave you feeling revitalized.
Starting in June, mark your calendars for our new Gyrokinesis group class every Sunday 12pm and Monday at 11 am.
Whether you're a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or just starting your wellness journey, this class is suitable for all levels and promises an experience like no other. It is highly recommended for those will Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, Arthritis, joint stiffness and mobility limitations.
