Whether you’re looking to improve on basic Pilates principles, gain monthly access to a variety of classes, or have one-on-one personal attention - we’ve got a plan that can flex to meet your goals.

Our skilled instructors have successfully completed certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different Pilates methods and movement training techniques. We provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body.

Our Offerings

Private Sessions

Private Sessions give you a platform to develop a dialogue around your unique body and your lived experience. By noticing things that are happening in your body, we can move forward to create lasting changes to the way you move on and off the mat.

Single Sessions, Packages and Memberships are available to best suit your individual needs.

Small Group Classes

These small group classes are ideal for beginners to advanced students. Our classes incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility. They are low-impact but don’t mistaken that for being easy. Your body and mind will be challenged safely and efficiently. Because of the small class sizes, we are able to give you the attention you need and make appropriate modifications for each student’s ability.

Community Classes

We believe that movement should be available to everybody. That’s why we often offer group classes to our community at no cost. For the month of July and August, join our Gyrokinesis® class on Sunday at 12pm for FREE.
