Small Group Classes
These small group classes are ideal for beginners to advanced students. Our classes incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility. They are low-impact but don’t mistaken that for being easy. Your body and mind will be challenged safely and efficiently. Because of the small class sizes, we are able to give you the attention you need and make appropriate modifications for each student’s ability.
